Um Frieden zwischen den beiden Häusern zu bringen, hat der Prinz der Region Escalus einen Rat ins Leben gerufen, um den langen Konflikt zu vermitteln und zu lösen. In der Rolle von einflussreichen Bürgern von Verona werden die Spieler ihren Einfluss nutzen, um Charaktere in den Rat einzufügen oder sie ins Exil zu schicken...
