Beschreibung

Bedroht durch die Krönung des Kaisers und den Einsatz der Grande Armée vor seinen Küsten, reagierte Großbritannien schnell mit seinen traditionellen Methoden: einer hegemonialen Flotte und Verbündeten auf dem Kontinent, die durch sein Gold unterstützt wurden! Napoléon hat keine Wahl; wenn er seinen Thron behalten will, muss er diese neue Koalition zerschlagen... und viele mehr! "Napoleon against Europe" folgt der Epik von Napoléon in seinem Versuch, seine Dynastie zu festigen und die Eroberungen der Revolution über das Medium von Spielkarten zu bewahren, die die großen Ereignisse und Persönlichkeiten dieser aufregenden Zeit verfolgen. Der Spieler übernimmt die Geschicke des Kaisers und seines Feindes, der unermüdlichen Albion und ihrer aufeinanderfolgenden Koalitionen. Der französische Spieler hat keine andere Wahl, als seinen Willen über ganz Europa zu verhängen, um Großbritannien durch eine strenge Blockade zu isolieren, die die kontinentalen Mächte zwingt, die französische Hegemonie anzuerkennen: die Entscheidung muss zwischen der wilden Iberischen Halbinsel und den Steppen Russlands getroffen werden. Jede Seite hat ihr eigenes Kartendeck, das in zwei Perioden unterteilt ist: Episch und die Bestrafungen. Jeder Spieler kontrolliert Marineflotten und Landtruppen, die auf der Ebene von Armeekorps präsentiert werden, andere Einheiten sind von großem Ruhm aus dieser Zeit, wie die Kavallerie der Imperialen Garde, die Königliche Deutsche Legion usw. Die Qualität der Generäle jeder Seite spielt eine wesentliche Rolle in den Operationen. In sechs Spielrunden pro Jahr müssen die Spieler nicht nur eine langfristige Sicht auf ihre Ziele haben, sondern auch operative Fähigkeiten im Verlauf der Kampagnen demonstrieren: Die Bedeutung von Kommunikationslinien wird entscheidend sein, um ihre Armeen zur entscheidenden Schlacht zu bringen! Das Spielsystem berücksichtigt Zwangsmärsche, Abnutzung, Ausweichmanöver, Gegenmärsche und Abfangaktionen... In einem riesigen Operationsgebiet wird jede Seite versuchen, die Initiative zu ergreifen und jedes Jahr Kräfte auszustatten, die es ihr ermöglichen, den Kampf fortzusetzen und sie vorausschauend neu zu verteilen, bevor sie in die Operationsphase eintreten: unglücklich der Spieler, der die Kommunikationsdistanzen nicht berücksichtigt. Gegen die operationale Exzellenz der Franzosen muss die Koalition mit einer strategischen langfristigen Vision reagieren, die es ihr ermöglicht, ihren Feind zu erschöpfen. Jetzt liegt es an Ihnen zu entscheiden, ob l’Aiglon Napoléon II oder der Duc de Reichstadt sein wird!
