Beschreibung

Die Rebellenallianz kämpft tapfer gegen die Tyrannei des Galaktischen Imperiums. Jeder neue Sieg bringt den Rebellen Hoffnung, und jedes heldenhafte Opfer stärkt ihren Willen. Dennoch sind die Ressourcen des Imperiums gewaltig und die Feuerkraft seiner Imperialen Marine ist unübertroffen. Da keine der beiden Seiten bereit ist, die Niederlage zu akzeptieren, tobt ihr Krieg durch die Galaxie...

In Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game, einem Kopf-an-Kopf-Spiel für zwei Spieler, wird der galaxisumspannende Krieg zwischen dem Galaktischen Imperium und der Rebellenallianz auf Ihrem Tisch lebendig. In diesem leicht zu erlernenden Spiel wählen Sie und Ihr Gegner jeweils eine Seite, spielen entweder das Imperium oder die Rebellen, und während das Spiel voranschreitet, stärken Sie beide die Macht Ihrer Startdecks und arbeiten daran, die Basen des anderen zu zerstören. Der erste Spieler, der drei Basen des Gegners zerstört, gewinnt.

Im Detail beginnt jeder Spieler mit einem einzigartigen Zehn-Karten-Deck, von denen sieben nur Ressourcen zur Beschaffung neuer Karten bereitstellen. Sechs Karten aus einem Galaxie-Deck sind immer sichtbar, wobei die Rebellenkarten dem Rebellen-Spieler, die Imperiums-Karten dem Imperiums-Spieler und die neutralen Karten seitlich gedreht sind. Sie können Ressourcen ausgeben, um Karten in der Galaxie-Reihe zu erwerben, die nicht dem Gegner gehören, und Sie können Angriffskraft nutzen, um Karten zu entfernen, die ihm gehören, und dabei eine Belohnung erhalten.

Jeder Spieler beginnt mit einer Basis ohne Fähigkeiten (Dantooine für die Rebellen und Lothal für das Imperium), aber wenn diese Basis zerstört wird, können Sie einen Ersatz aus Ihrem Basisdeck wählen, wobei jede Basis eine spezielle Fähigkeit hat. Wählen Sie weise, um die Pläne Ihres Gegners zu durchkreuzen! Neben speziellen Fähigkeiten absorbieren die Kapital-Schiffe den Schaden, der für Ihre Basis bestimmt ist.

Die Spieler kämpfen auch um die Kontrolle über eine Kraftspur, um zusätzliche Ressourcen zu gewinnen oder die Fähigkeiten "Wenn die Macht mit dir ist..." auf ihren Karten zu nutzen.
