Arty Mouse: Drawing game was developed to help pre-school children learn colours and shapes. There are two ways to play - an easier and more advanced mode.
In the Basic game mode, every child gets their own wipe-clean board. Then a card with a drawing is chosen. The goal of the game is to be the first one to draw the same drawing with the same colours.
On their turn, a child reveals a card with a shape that determines the shape they can draw. They have to choose a colour and draw all the shapes in this colour exactly as on the card. The winner is the child who completes their drawing first.
In the Advanced game mode, a die determines the colour that the child has to use to draw a shape. But if the colour does not match the original, they get fewer points. They have to decide whether to pass a turn and wait for the perfect opportunity or to get at least some points before someone else finishes their drawing first.
The rules include additional variants for a cooperative and free drawing gameplay.
