Steven Qi-Gal is a extra Wu-Feng only playable with the Ghost Stories: White Moon Expansion, cause you need white dice results or Moon Crystals to exorcise him. But he will let the Taoists save a villager when he comes into play and is replaced by a Buddha after he is exorcised.
