Gnomopolis

After several generations, the Underground Kingdom of Gnomes needs to expand. Brave explorers and their families are sent to establish new settlements and build cities in neighboring stone halls. In Gnomopolis you and your friends will control the evolution of these settlements. You should give jobs to adults and create a prosperous future for the children.

Gnomopolis is a fast and strategic game in which you must combine city growth with specialization of its population. An almost endless combination of buildings and workers can create ingenious systems of actions and scoring mechanisms in a frantic race for the win. With a play time near 30 minutes, one to four players must think wisely to build his own city and trade with neighbors.

The game is played in turns, where each player draws three gnomes (cubes) from the cloth bag. Then they can use the gnomes to construct or activate any action on buildings. Actions can be one of train adults, manipulate the buildings in the offer, hire more gnomes or wake them to work again. When the city grows, more gnomes immigrate to the city. In the end, players add their points from coins with any workers employed by buildings (be careful with unemployed gnomes!). The player with more points is the winner!
