L'Oaf
L'Oaf is a cooperative baking card game for 2-6 players. Each round, players secretly contribute work cards to fulfill bread orders, balancing effort and reputation in quick 20-minute games.

Description
Card game about collective baking: you are all employees of the L'Oaf bakery, but try to get paid by working as little as possible without being caught slacking by the bosses. Each round a bread order arrives: each baker secretly contributes a work card (values from 0 to 11). Those who contribute less lose reputation, those who contribute more gain it. The game ends after 5 failed or 5 successful orders: the player with the highest value left in hand wins, but if the group fails too many orders, bakers with negative reputation are fired before the final count.
