NAMASTÉ is the yoga game for children... of all ages! It introduces players to the world of yoga through 5 different simple and engaging movement games.
Among the numerous yoga positions, we have selected 40 that are representative and suitable for children, illustrated on large format cards.
There are 20 "easier" positions and 20 "less easy" positions, so that all children, across different age groups, can experiment and play.
The positions are also divided based on the qualities that can be achieved through practice, and the fun gong will mark the highlights of the game.
