Sovereign Skies Cosmic Calamities & Tides Of Triumph

Cosmic Calamity gives players opportunities to engage with the citizens of the Abyssi Cluster. At the start of the game, all players start with five standard influence. Shuffle the deck of Cosmic Calamity cards, and place it to the right of the first player. Flip one card face up and place the cosmic calamity time token on the top-most hex space. There are three different types of track cards which represent certain types of events and give certain types of actions. During your turn, you may follow the instructions on the card. If you do so, you place a ship from your supply on the card. Each player may only contribute to the Cosmic Calamity card once per turn.

Tides of Triumph adds additional bonus abilities for players during the game. During setup, shuffle the deck of Tides of Triumph cards and place them to the right of the first player. Flip one card face up, and place the Tides of Triumph Time-token onto the top-most hex space. On your turn you may follow the instructions on the card. If you're the first player, move the time token one space down before starting your turn. If the time-token can't be moved down because it's on the bottom-most space, discard the event card, then flip a new card from the deck. Place the time-token on the top-most space of that card.
