Description
Tales of Myth & Legend is a paragraph-driven board game set in ancient Greece. Each player controls an aspiring hero or heroine seeking power and glory, competing not only with other participants but also against Alexander the Great himself. Each turn, players simultaneously play a movement card that determines how far they travel; based on results, turn order updates, with those who travel farther playing last. On their turn, each player visits a city or location and experiences an encounter, choosing its type from available options (political, religious, or strength-based): the encounter is read aloud and the player must decide how to proceed. With thousands of possible stories and encounters, plus hidden components that unlock only when certain events occur, this is a game you can play for years.
