Unmatched is a highly asymmetric miniature combat game for two or four players: each hero is represented by a unique deck designed to evoke their style and legend.
Battle of Legends, Volume Three brings together four very different heroes: the pirate Blackbeard, the monstrous Chupacabra, the deceptive Loki, and the cursed (and gifted) Pandora.
Combat is resolved quickly by comparing attack and defense cards, but the unique effects of each card and a simple yet deep timing system generate interesting decisions each turn. The box includes a double-sided board with two different settings, pre-painted miniatures for each hero, and custom life tokens: as with every Unmatched set, these heroes can face fighters from other sets, including villains from Unmatched Adventures.
