Wonder Woman: Challenge of the Amazons

The Amazons, a powerful tribe of warriors, have lived in peace for centuries on the tranquil island of Themyscira. That peace is shattered when their enemies invade. Now it's up to you to defend your home! In the co-operative game Wonder Woman: Challenge of the Amazons, you'll strategize together, face your foes on the battlefield, and rise to meet the challenge of one of three classic Wonder Woman enemies — Ares, Circe, or The Cheetah — each with their own unique gameplay! The rules indicate that this game plays almost but not quite like a miniversion of Gloomhaven. For example, each character gets three action cards per turn versus the two ability cards; the action cards also use icons to indicate their effects. The 5 characters are figurines and the enemies are standees. There are only 3 enemy choices to deal with, instead of almost 100 scenarios.
