It is reputed to hold an entire arcane civilization. The mists of confusion are increased by the fact that it seems you are only able to travel to the Moon in dreams or with the aid of magic & distorted consciousness & no one takes anything back from there except their memories. The pagan Gütter are trying to harness the power of the Moon & the Imperial Würst want to stop them. The Moon Wizard has other ideas.
