Lucidity: Six-sided Nightmares

Description from the publisher: Lucidity: Six-sided Nightmares is a press-your-luck dice collection game for 2–4 players. It takes less than a minute to learn and 20–30 minutes to play. You are a Dreamer, haunted and hunted by the shadows of your darkest nightmares. Roll dream dice to collect enough points to escape from the nightmares, but be wary! Those same dreams that bring escape can also draw the attention of the shadows to you. Collect the attention of too many shadows and you risk becoming a Nightmare yourself. Should you fall to the darkness, your victory can still be secured – consuming the dreams of your former fellows to become the most powerful Nightmare. At the end of each game, everybody is either a Nightmare… or has been eaten by one. The game comes with a bag of translucent, vividly colored dream dice, which are drawn randomly over the course of the game and collected on player cards. Every turn, players draw dice from the bag and roll them. Then they choose to rest or press their luck and extend their turn. The longer they "stay awake", the more vivid the hallucinations become and the more dice they will draw. Without dreams, you cannot win. But without control, you risk becoming what you fear most.
