The card is labeled #8, and it is two sided like all other character cards, with one side for the Classic series and the other for the Next Generation.
The Classic side features Yeoman Janice Rand, who allows you to swap values on any 2 different-colored dice. The Next Generation side shows Acting Ensign Wesley Crusher, who allows you to exchange 1 die with 1 die from the pool.
