"Tanto Cuore" ist ein Deck-Building-Spiel, in dem die Spieler Meister eines Hauses sind und ihr kleines Deck von "Liebes"-Karten verwenden, um niedliche Dienstmädchen einzustellen und ihre Decks allmählich zu erweitern. "More Tanto Cuore" verbessert dies mit einem "Arbeiterplatzierungs"-Mechanismus. In jeder Runde wählen die Spieler eines der verfügbaren hochklassigen Dienstmädchen aus, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Die Unterstützung der hochklassigen Dienstmädchen ist notwendig, um bei Essen, Dekorationen oder Reinigungsaufgaben zu helfen.
