Without Fail ist ein Partyspiel mit scheinbar einfachen Herausforderungen, die von den anderen Spielern schrecklich schwierig gemacht werden.

Das Spiel umfasst 150 Herausforderungen, die Requisiten wie eine Augenbinde, Becher und Bälle, Würfel, Stifte und mehr beinhalten – alles in der Spieleschachtel enthalten. Die Herausforderungen sind einfach, aber es gibt einen Haken: Bevor ein Spieler eine Herausforderung beginnt, wetten seine Freunde darauf, wie schwierig die Herausforderung ohne Scheitern gemacht werden kann. Der Freund, der die Herausforderung am schwierigsten macht, wird der Teamkollege dieses Spielers, und beide erhalten Punkte, wenn der Spieler die Herausforderung erfolgreich abschließt. Wenn sie jedoch die Einsätze zu hoch angesetzt haben und der Herausforderer scheitert, erhalten alle anderen Spieler einen Punkt, und der Herausforderer und sein Teamkollege verlieren Punkte. Der Erfolg hängt ganz davon ab, ob die Spieler gute Richter für die Fähigkeiten ihrer Freunde sind.
