Moonlight: Im Land der Wölfe is a 2-player board game where each player leads a wolf pack to control the mountain. Quick 15-minute rounds involve playing wolf cards with different values and powers on a 4x3 or 3x4 game area.

Description
The last lone wolf, guardian of the mountain, has just disappeared. Packs compete for control of a promising territory and, as the Alpha of your pack, you must be ready for anything to ensure its survival: a terrible battle awaits you!
Moonlight: Im Land der Wölfe is a confrontation game for exactly 2 players. Each leads their own wolf pack and tries to take control of the Mountain.
Each round players take turns playing one of the three Wolf cards in hand within a game area of maximum 4×3 or 3×4 cards. You can place a card in an empty space orthogonally adjacent to an already played card, or cover an opponent's card with a Wolf of the next higher value. Wolves have different characteristics (Value, Moon, Counting Power, Majority Power). At the end of the round, the values of the two packs are compared for each row, scoring points equal to the number of wolves involved plus a bonus for the majority of Moons. Between rounds, the winner gets an extra Wolf, the loser a Power card. The first to win two rounds wins the game.
