The Longest Trench Deluxe Expansion 1 consists of: 1 battle board, 5 Standoff mini-cards, 5 Alternative Battles mini-cards. The battle board makes resolving battles easier. Both players use their side of the board to place Army/Navy cards, Support cards, and Artillery dice. The Standoff mini-cards randomly skip one of the base battles each year to add more variety. Additionally, the alternative battle cards modify the original battles and force players to consider different strategies.
