The Very Good Dogs of Chernobyl is a role-playing game where players will take on the roles of Good Dogs that escaped the nuclear disaster of Chernobyl.
But what really happened that day?
Many believe the incident was caused by a reactor meltdown, but only the Good Dogs know that the explosion was triggered by a tear in reality, between our world and another.
Since then, the Good Dogs have fought to protect the world from invisible evil forces mistakenly called radiation by humans.
This manual, with a distinct post-Soviet design, features an easy and immediate gameplay system, the Polymorph System, where each canine Role, from the wise Elder to the loyal Guardian, uses a single size of die specializing in certain actions.
By choosing the type of Pack, the Call, and the Breed of each dog, players also gain Traits that provide advantages to their die rolls.
To play, you only need a set of polyhedral dice, character sheets, paper, pencils, and erasers.
Hardcover, A5 format, 86 pages.
