Guess the color of hidden pegs. A deduction game where each player takes turn making a limited number of guesses, using logic to deduce what pegs the opponent has hidden. Re-implements According to Wikipedia Mastermind re-implements a game called Bulls and Cows of unknown origin being quite old (possibly more than a century old). Mastermind itself has been invented in 1970 by Mordecai Meirowitz. It resembles the public domain idea and principles of Bulls and Cow. Certain IP on technical solutions of Mastermind is or has been protected by patents like in United States Patent US4241923.
