Inferno to samodzielne rozszerzenie do Arcadia Quest. Jest w 100% kompatybilne z oryginalną grą bazową i wprowadza cztery nowe Gildie: Sharks, Tigers, Crows i Serpents. Wprowadzi nowe typy bohaterów, takie jak Alchemicy i Gladiatorzy.

Wprowadzi nowy system kampanii z rozgałęzieniami, a fabuła koncentruje się na gildiach schodzących do ognistego otchłani. Będą karty Brimstone, które sprawią, że teren będzie ryzykowny do nawigacji, działające podobnie do kart Tombstone z Arcadia Quest: Beyond the Grave.

Nowy mechanizm zwany "Damnation" będzie kusił bohaterów potężnymi broniami, które mogą z czasem korumpować postacie lub zmieniać zachowanie pobliskich potworów. Będą też Anioły, które są sojuszniczymi postaciami, które bohaterowie mogą uratować, eskortować lub wspierać. Współpraca z Aniołami może wpłynąć na system rozgałęzionych ścieżek kampanii i nawet pozwolić graczowi na rekrutację ich do późniejszych misji.
