Burgle Bros. to gra współpracy dla 1-4 graczy. Gracze są unikalnymi członkami załogi, próbującymi przeprowadzić rabunek w wysoko zabezpieczonym budynku - bez złapania. Budynek ma trzy piętra (płytki 4x4), z których każde ma swoją własną skrytkę do otwarcia. Gracze zaczynają na pierwszym piętrze i muszą uciec do swojego helikoptera czekającego na dachu. Każdy gracz ma trzy żetony skradania się. Kiedy znajdują się na tej samej płytce co strażnik, tracą jeden. Jeśli którykolwiek gracz zostanie złapany bez żetonu skradania się, gra się kończy. Jeśli gracze mogą otworzyć wszystkie trzy skrytki i uciec schodami na dach, wygrywają.
