Każda pora roku ma trzy rundy, a ty możesz budować, poruszać się lub karmić w zależności od kart w swojej ręce i strategii, którą chcesz przyjąć. Kiedy budujesz, zdobywasz korzyści dla swojego stada kiwi zarówno natychmiast, jak i na początku każdej pory roku. Ptaki kiwi są głodne i uwielbiają być karmione. Kiedy je karmisz, rosną i mogą wypychać inne mniejsze kiwi z drogi lub nawet z wyspy. Uważaj jednak – za dużo jedzenia i eksplodują! Przenieś swoje stado kiwi do strategicznych obszarów, aby przewyższyć swoich przeciwników. Użyj swojego lidera lub większych kiwi, aby wypchnąć kiwi innych graczy z drogi lub z planszy. Na koniec każdej pory roku umieść znaczniki dominacji, aby zdobyć swoje terytorium. Znaczniki dominacji = punkty zwycięstwa. Kiedy gra się kończy, wygrywa gracz z największą liczbą punktów zwycięstwa.
