• You must have a valid email address.
• You must provide a phone number for operational needs. The number will only be known to uplay.it and will not be shared with third parties.
• You must provide information about the seller and specify whether the seller is private or professional and, if applicable, company information such as company type, place and date of incorporation, chamber of commerce registration number, VAT number, and similar details.
• You must have a PayPal account in order to receive proceeds from your sales.
• Since registering on uplay.it, you must have completed at least 2 purchases on the site, meaning 2 paid orders that were successfully processed and shipped.
• You must upload 3 photos of the item for sale showing the actual version of the product and any defects, if the item is not new.
• You must reside in Italy and ship within Italy only. Uplay.it may contact the seller if additional information is required.

Use the interface available on uplay.it to list your products through the dedicated "sell" tools. Contact customer support if you have any difficulty. Listing an item on the "utrade" platform of uplay.it is completely free of charge, and an item remains on sale for 24 months after the listing has been approved. Once that period expires, if the item has not yet been sold, the seller may list it again for another 24 months free of charge, and so on.

When creating a listing, you can choose to receive the money from your sale in two ways. Uplay.it credit through a "playcard": in this case the amount will be credited directly to your profile and can be used, with no time limit, to make purchases on uplay.it. Any remaining credit will stay available for future purchases. PayPal payout: the amount will be credited by uplay.it to your PayPal account. A 10% all-inclusive commission will be deducted from the sale total. In both cases, the money will be released when the buyer confirms that the item received matches the purchase, or automatically 14 days after the sale. Transactions through "utrade" include an anti-fraud protection system: the money from the sale is first collected by uplay.it. Once the seller is notified that payment has been received, the seller must ship the product to the buyer. After receiving the product, the buyer must confirm through the dedicated web interface that the item matches what was purchased. At that point, uplay.it will release the funds and credit them according to the seller's chosen payout option. If the buyer does not take action to release the money, it will be automatically forwarded to the seller 14 days after the sale. In that case, the buyer will no longer be able to submit any claim.

If the buyer does not receive the requested product or receives an item different from the one ordered or reasonably expected, uplay.it will first ask the buyer to contact the seller directly. A dedicated messaging function between buyer and seller is automatically activated on uplay.it until the transaction has been successfully completed. Its purpose is to provide a simple mediation tool between the parties. If the seller does not solve the issue, the buyer may submit a complaint directly to uplay.it. When uplay.it receives the complaint, it will send the seller an automatic email explaining the claim and requesting a reply, together with order and shipping information. Uplay.it will then determine how the complaint should be resolved, and this may include refunding the order at the seller's expense. In any case, uplay.it cannot be held directly responsible for the conduct of buyers and sellers, as these transactions and related shipments are outside the direct control of the platform. Once the buyer has received the product, they may leave feedback for the seller, sharing the buying experience with future users. Maintaining a high feedback rating is essential for successful selling. The feedback system is the main tool a potential buyer uses to identify a seller as reliable. Ratings are public and encourage customers to rely on sellers with strong feedback. The feedback system, identified by chili-pepper icons, is also one of the factors used by uplay.it to evaluate seller conduct. Uplay.it reserves the right, without prior notice and without being required to provide reasons, to suspend a seller considered unreliable or acting improperly. By selling an item on uplay.it, the seller undertakes to ship an item that matches the listing published on uplay.it and, at the time of shipment, to use an online trackable shipping method and communicate the shipment details to the buyer. The seller also undertakes to remove any listing for an item that is no longer available, in order to prevent a customer from buying something that cannot actually be shipped. The buyer undertakes to confirm whether or not the item received is satisfactory, in compliance with distance-selling rules and in fairness to the seller. 1. It is mandatory to upload 3 real photos of the item for sale. The photos must not come from the web, must not show similar items, and must instead be real pictures taken by the seller of the exact item being sold and shipped to the buyer.
2. It is mandatory to provide a detailed description of the condition of the item and its state of preservation at the time it is listed for sale.
3. No information unrelated to the item being sold may appear anywhere in the listing, and no content other than what is useful for the sale and shipping may appear in the photos, in the item description, or in any other section of the listing.
4. The content of text messages sent through the seller-buyer messaging system may be reviewed by uplay.it for security reasons and to ensure that transactions are conducted correctly and respectfully.
5. Any communication between buyer and seller that goes beyond the sale itself and what is strictly necessary to complete it is prohibited.
6. In particular, all forms of advertising or publication of information not required for the sale are prohibited in any form. This includes invitations to carry out the transaction outside uplay.it, sending advertising material to the buyer, publishing external web addresses, sending price lists, and similar conduct. Improper use of the "utrade" system may lead to suspension of the involved account, closure of the listing, refusal to publish it, and, in more serious cases, reporting the matter to the competent authorities. All transactions must take place in full compliance with Italian law. Uplay.it and the company that owns it cannot in any way be held responsible for sales taking place between seller and buyer outside uplay.it and not traceable to the platform. Uplay.it declines all civil and criminal liability for sales carried out through the utrade system and for related activities performed by third parties. Uplay.it also disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by third parties regarding items offered for sale.
