Red Burnose Algeria 1857

The Red Burnoose: Algeria 1857 is a cooperative wargame for 1 to 4 players where you play the role of the Kabyle people trying to fend off the French who want to conquer their land.  The game uses deckbuilding combined with some area control for playing the game.  You can buy cards from the game’s marketplace to improve your deck and add more units to the board to help you push back the French.  The game also features a unique “trashing” mechanic where you can call cards back to your hand for use after you have winnowed them out.  If you love playing through historical scenarios and trying innovative wargames you’ll love The Red Burnoose.
