This is an exclusive Give-Away at Spiel'18 to Menara.
Two Golden Columns can be used as any color and from any player. Unfortunately, once set on a pedestal, they cannot be removed again from their inital place and to all the annoyance, these two columns are shorter than the usual ones, so you cannot build a temple floor on it.
