In Police Precinct i giocatori si calano nella parte di agenti di polizia, ognuno con le proprie peculiarità e competenze, per risolvere un caso di omicidio. Dovranno girare per il distretto raccogliendo indizi e arrestando presunti sospetti con la possibilità di effettuare inseguimenti (accendete le sirene!). Ma l’omicidio non è l’unico dei loro problemi. Gli agenti dovranno anche vedersela con il resto delle attività criminali ed emergenze che il loro distretto “produce” quotidianamente. Rapine, furti, incidenti stradali e altro ancora saranno emergenze da risolvere per mantenere l’ordine nel loro quartiere.
