Designer Mark Simonitch and the development team for The US Civil War have recently completed a comprehensive update of the game's rules, and have created a May 2017 Edition Rulebook and an updated 11 x 17 Player Aid Card for the game.
This package consists of the rulebook (48 pages) and the Player Aid Card.
