Descriptif

In Living Planet, chaque joueur incarne une grande corporation galactique exploitant la planète lointaine MYC.14.250. Chacun d'eux est désireux d'industrialiser la planète et de générer autant de profit que possible avant que la planète ne se détruise. Pour ce faire, vous devrez explorer la planète pour agrandir la carte. Vous gérerez votre équipe pour extraire des ressources avec des bâtiments d'usine que vous aurez construits, et échanger des ressources sur le marché boursier pour gagner de l'argent. Et surtout, vous devrez gérer les cataclysmes générés par la planète. Mais les cataclysmes ne se produisent pas au hasard, les joueurs les déclenchent par leurs actions, en utilisant leur jeu de cartes. La confrontation entre les joueurs aura lieu à travers la planète. Les joueurs prendront alternativement le rôle de leader à chaque tour. Chaque tour suit une séquence de jeu spécifique. Chaque joueur aura des actions à accomplir à un tour, dans l'ordre choisi par le leader, en résolvant la séquence : Production de ressources - Action (Explorer, Déplacer, Construire, Échanger…) - Cataclysmes. À la fin du jeu, chaque joueur gagnera des points de victoire en fonction de l'argent qu'il possède et du nombre de bâtiments et de véhicules qu'il contrôle.
