In addition to that, you have to pay two of your unused bonus markers. The paid bonus markers are turned face down. Their special abilities can't be used anymore but you still get prestige points for them at the end of the game. The purchased Favor is placed face up in front of you. For the rest of the game its effect is in place for that player You can only purchase one Favor per turn.
