Armored Digital Extractor

The Extractor automated mine is a large miniature, similar in size to the Wombat. This is a static piece of terrain in most games, representing the tip of the iceberg relative to the machinery concealed under the ground. Automated diggers extract valuable minerals, which are then packaged and sent up to the minehead where they can be removed as resources.In the game, the extractor produces a small amount of resources each turn, but players can take direct control of the system and have it produce an extra amount if they need it. Both players compete over the mine during the game, trying to prevent enemy transports from reaching it while pushing their own to take as much of its bounty as possible.
