Near and Far: Amber Mines es la primera expansión de Near and Far. Incluye módulos que puedes agregar o quitar según tus preferencias. Los módulos se detallan a continuación. Amber Mines Este módulo incluye una nueva loseta de mina que colocas sobre la mina en el tablero de la ciudad. También incluye un mazo de 43 cartas de mina de ámbar que los jugadores pueden explorar. Magia Este módulo incluye una nueva loseta de cabaña mística (que se combina con la nueva mina), una loseta de pista mágica y un mazo de 30 cartas de hechizo con poderosas habilidades. Nueva tienda general Este módulo incluye una nueva loseta de tienda general que colocas sobre la tienda general en el tablero de la ciudad.
